House Rules

• No Pets on site.
• No smoking inside the house or on the front balcony.
• No glass in the pool area.
• No vacuuming of timber floorboards.
• No eating or drinking in any carpeted room.
• No moving of any furniture.
• All dishes and utensils are to be washed or put in the dishwasher before leaving.
• Stovetop and bench in the kitchen are to be wiped down before leaving.
• Used beds to be left unmade.
• Used towels to be left in the bathrooms.
• No lighting of any candles in the house.
• Check-out time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Please do not sit on plastic pool box in pool area or pool cover roller.
